RETURN POLICY
The following statement explains Luxe Salon & Medspa’s policy regarding the return or exchange of retail products.
At Luxe Salon and Medspa, all retail product sales are final. We do not offer refunds on retail purchases. However, we are happy to offer an exchange for unopened, unused products returned within 7 days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging and in resellable condition.
